PoolPunisher Help Center

If you purchased a PoolPunisher, our officers need about 2-3 business days to process the order before it's ready to ship. UPS Ground Ship times to the East Coast is approximately 5 business days (once your order ships).

Expedited Orders (UPS Overnight and Two Day Shipping): Orders placed before 11am PT ship same day.

Saturday delivery is not available. Orders placed on Fridays prior to 11am PT with overnight delivery will arrive the following Monday. 

When does my order ship?

We accept returns of un-used and un-opened pool floats in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. 

We do not accept returns of opened and/or used items. 

Due to the heavy nature of the Pool Punisher, we do not provide return shipping labels nor cover return shipping costs. 

If you believe your Pool Punisher inflatable product has a manufacturer defect, meaning your product was defective upon receipt and the first inflation, please email support@poolpunisher.com with a photo of the defect and your order number. We will process a replacement product. 

Due to the inflatable nature of the Pool Punisher, manufacturer defect claims must be made within 30 days of purchase and cannot be made after the product has been used.
